Congratulations to Mike West and Wendell Nope, who were both awarded the designation of SV Foreign Judge!

This was announced by Dr. Wolfgang Henke, President of the SV and WUSV, together with Dr. Clemens Lux, General Secretary of the WUSV, and Herr Günther Diegel, Member of the WUSV Central Commission in charge of the WUSV Judges program, after a day-long presentation and seminar that was followed by rigorous testing at Philadelphia, PA. As a SV Foreign Judge, all performance degrees awarded by both Mike West and Wendell Nope in events held in any country, except Germany, will be recognized by the SV for all purposes including breed surveys. This truly is a great honor for our two judges.
